Texas Pavers Outdoor Living, operated by Paving Texas Construction, explains here how information is handled when you visit our website, contact us or request an estimate.
Information you provide
Our contact and estimate forms ask for information relevant to your request. This can include your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, project address, city and ZIP Code, requested service, project dimensions and conditions, timeline, budget, notes and optional project photographs. Estimators may also use the materials, measurements and other project choices you enter.
Please provide only information needed for your inquiry. Avoid uploading identification documents, financial information or photographs containing unrelated private information.
How we use inquiries and project information
We use this information to respond, discuss your project, prepare or manage estimates, arrange appointments, carry out projects and maintain appropriate business records. We may contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry or project, taking account of the contact method you select.
We do not currently use lead information for email marketing, and we do not sell customer or lead personal information.
Who administers your inquiry
The owner is currently the sole administrator and the only person who routinely receives and manages website leads for Texas Pavers. No agency, separate CRM operator, subcontractor or other company routinely receives those leads for its own business use.
Technical services still process information needed to operate the website and handle inquiries. These include website hosting, form and email services, and our owner-operated Smart Center system, which uses Google Sheets for contact lead records. This technical processing is distinct from selling your information.
Project photographs
Photos submitted through the Contact page are initially stored privately with the inquiry. The lead record contains links that require administrator access to open the photos. The Contact upload process checks supported image types and limits, creates a resized image copy and removes the original image metadata; it does not automatically publish uploaded photos.
Texas Pavers may use project photographs on its website, portfolio, social media and advertising. If you have a concern or request about a project photograph, contact us using the privacy email below.
Website technology, analytics and cookies
Normal website requests involve technical information such as an IP address, browser or device details and the page requested. Our Contact form also records the submitting page, referring page, device category, submission time and campaign parameters when available. These help us understand and manage inquiries. The form uses submission references and short-lived anti-abuse checks to prevent repeated or invalid submissions.
The website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for traffic and interaction measurement, including configured phone-click, email-click and form events. Google Analytics can use cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. Website caching and related functionality also use cookies or browser storage.
Some pages load reviews through Trustindex or embed YouTube videos. The paver estimator uses Google Maps when the mapping feature is opened; using its address search sends the address you enter to the mapping service. External services receive technical requests when their features load and may use their own cookies or similar technology.

Your choices
You can choose which optional information and photographs to provide. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect website features. Google provides information about its privacy controls through the links above. If you prefer, you can contact Texas Pavers directly instead of using a website form.
How long we keep information
We retain personal and contact information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, prepare or manage an estimate or project, maintain appropriate business records and satisfy legitimate legal or business obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and its purpose.
Privacy questions and requests
For privacy questions or appropriate requests to access, correct or delete your information, email texaspavers@gmail.com. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant inquiry or project. We may need to verify the request before disclosing or deleting information, and relevant recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.
